Time for kraking wrist and shoulder aches

This week's goals...hahaa

Very simple.

Learn to jam standing up. With sei.
(Aka disguise all feelings of pain and severe discomfort with a very high look on our faces)

Jamming on Sat. 3pm to 8? or til we crippled our hands. Whichever comes first heh.
